Terms

The interface is in English, but the printed book and its story are in Bulgarian. Physical delivery is available only within Bulgaria.

Prices

• PDF by email: 19 €.
• Soft cover: 34 € plus 5 € delivery.
• Hard cover: 44 € plus 5 € delivery.
• Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Printed books can also be paid for on delivery.

How the order works

• Upload a photo, enter the name and dedication, and choose a format.
• We create the character from the photo and send you a preview for approval.
• After approval, we print within 3 business days.
• After printing, Econt or Speedy delivery usually takes 1 to 2 business days. The PDF is sent by email when it is ready.

If something is wrong

If there is a printing defect or the parcel is damaged, email us a photo of the problem. After checking it, we replace the book when the issue was caused during production or delivery.

If a mistake in the name or character is ours, we send a new book at our expense. If the mistake is in the details you entered, we will work with you to find the lowest-cost solution.

Cancelling an order

You may cancel freely until you approve the preview. Email us and we will stop the order.

After approval and printing, the book has been made specifically for your child. Under Bulgarian law, Article 57, item 3 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (ЗЗП), personalized goods do not have a 14-day right of withdrawal. This is why we send a preview before printing.
