Who we are

What we collect when you order

• The child’s first name and whether the child is a girl or a boy.
• The photo you upload: we use it to create the character.
• The dedication for the back cover.
• Your email address, phone number, and delivery address or courier office: for delivery and to contact you.

Why we need the photo

Only to create the book’s character. The photo is processed by an artificial intelligence service provider that turns it into an illustration. We do not use it for any other purpose, sell it, or share it with third parties except those involved in producing the book.

A parent or guardian uploads the photo. You confirm this by ticking the checkbox when you order.

How long we keep the data

• The photo: no longer than 30 days after upload, after which the system deletes it automatically.
• Order details (name, address, phone number): for as long as the law requires for accounting records.

Who else sees the necessary data

• The courier: your name, phone number, and address, so the parcel can be delivered.
• The printing company: the finished book file.
• The artificial intelligence service provider: the photo, so the character can be created.

Site statistics

We count visits with our own analytics, without advertising cookies and without tracking you across other sites. If you choose “Necessary only” in the banner, we send no analytics data.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct, or delete your data. Email info@spomencho.com and we will do this within a few days. If you believe something is wrong, you may also contact the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
